Shipping Policy

At LBL, we are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping to our customers. Please review our shipping policy below:

1. Processing Time

   - All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day.

   - Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

   - We offer a flat rate of $6 for US orders under 1 pound.

   - Orders over 1 pound or with different shipping preferences will have rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

   - Free standard shipping on orders over $85.

3. Tracking Orders

   - Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

   - You can track your order status directly through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.

4. Shipping Destinations

   - We currently ship to addresses within the United States. 

   - International shipping will be available to select countries in 2025. Additional fees and longer delivery times may apply.

5. Delivery Issues

   - Once a tracking number is provided and the package has been entered into the carriers system, LBL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the carrier directly to resolve any delivery issues.

  - If the tracking number indicates "Shipping Label Created, Carrier Awaiting Item" for more than 3 business days after shipment, please contact us via info@lashedbyleronica.com. We will quickly address and resolve the issue.

   - Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete to avoid delivery issues.

6. Holiday Shipping

   - During peak holiday seasons, please allow for additional processing and shipping time. We will notify you of any significant delays.
